Terms of Service

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 15 years old and authorised to bind the business you register.
• The first registered user becomes the primary admin and is responsible for inviting additional staff.
• You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and ensuring data provided is accurate.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to operate the Service lawfully, refrain from attempting to bypass security controls, and avoid uploading content that is offensive, discriminatory, or illegal. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these standards.

4. Messaging APIs & Admin Advertising

• Trusted external API providers deliver SMS and email messaging. Your business is NOT responsible for any usage-based charges triggered by activity inside your account.
• To offset infrastructure and messaging costs, authenticated administrators see a single banner advertisement modal. Members never see advertising.
• Advertising cookies remain optional and are loaded only after an admin explicitly grants consent within the banner. All consent interactions are recorded with the consent version, admin ID, business ID, IP address, and user agent.
• If you prefer to disable the banner instead of consenting to cookies, you may pay a one-time INR 50.00 support fee processed securely through Razorpay. Payment details are retained for audit purposes.
• Impressions and clicks are logged through our secure redirect endpoint and stored with minimal metadata as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Data & Privacy

Businesses retain ownership of their loyalty data. We process information solely to operate the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share data, including admin-only advertising logs.

6. Availability & Support

The Service is provided “as is.” We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur. We are not liable for lost revenue, goodwill, or data due to downtime.

7. Termination

• You may cancel at any time. Members can delete their account from the Profile page, and administrators can delete their business from the Business page.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy breaches, abusive behaviour, and/or legal obligations (where applicable).
• Upon termination we may delete or anonymise data, except where retention is legally required.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of USD $0 or the amount paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. When changes are significant we will notify administrators by email or in-app messaging. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
